However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

How do I make an order?

Click into your desired item, and then input color, size, and quantity. When you are ready, click into your shopping bag page (top right corner), and then Next for delivery and address details.

How long are items kept in my shopping bag?

Items may be taken out of your shopping bag by another buyer as long as the order is not processed at PAYPAL secured website.

Please note, to keep our collections fresh and updated, we do not keep high levels of stock.

Will an item be restocked?

We do our best to bring back popular designs but we value quality over quantity, so certain items may take some time before being re-stocked. You may wish to email us at, leaving down your e-mail address to get first dibs when the item is re-stocked.

How do I know which size I need?

We have a size guide for you to follow, under the Size & Fit tab next to each product. But if you have specific questions about an item that are not already mentioned in the “Size & Fit” and “Details” section, please contact our Customer Care team at

What is a Pre-Order

A pre order is an order placed on an item, which is not yet available. It generally takes between 2-3 weeks for a pre-order to become available but this can vary according to the item. They will be dispatched on the date provided on the website but is subject to change.

How do I make payment?

We currently only accept secured PAYPAL payments.

Which allows all major Direct Debit/Credit Card payments – even without registration at PAYPAL.

Can I pay directly without registering an account with PAYPAL?

PAYPAL does accept payment without registering with them for an account.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Instead, you are directed to PAYPAL secured site for payment.

How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order:

  1. You will be directed to PAYPAL secured website
  2. After successful payment at PAYPAL, you will be directed back to APPARELLA’S ‘Order Confirmation Page’

How do I use my promotion code?

Key in your promotion code at the checkout page before payment and your total amount will reflect accordingly.

Please note that we are unable to retroactively apply promotion codes.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

Sorry, confirmed orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

What if I cannot make payment in time?

I have received a damaged item. What should I do?

Sorry for sending you a damaged item*! Please email with your order number, and a photograph of the defect.

Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued.

*Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) is not considered a defect. Colors may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colors are true to life, as much as possible.

Are the colors portrayed on the computer similar to the product?

We do our best to ensure that the colors portrayed on our website are accurate. Our dedicated team of photographers and designers adhere to a stringent procedure whereby each product is physically compared to the computer monitor for best match of color. As such, kindly understand that actual colors may vary due to monitor, display or resolution settings, as well as the type of screen used to view the website.

Can I self-collect my parcel?

Sorry, we do not provide self-collection.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an SMS from our logistics partner containing your tracking number. There will also be a link to reschedule you delivery date and time if necessary.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship exclusively to Singapore and Malaysia.

For orders shipped internationally, we charge a flat rate fee of $12.  All orders are shipped via SimplyPost as registered articles and include a tracking number.

Do you deliver off-shore island?

Please note we do not deliver off-shore island, with the exception of Sentosa. Delivery to Sentosa has a surcharge of $15

Can I change delivery date/time once my parcel has been dispatched?

Yes our logistics partner SimplyPost allows you to reschedule delivery via the link send to you by SMS once your order is confirmed.

Will there be an additional charge for re-delivery?

By the 3rd failed delivery attempt, you may incur an additional delivery charge.
