We proudly offer Free shipping and handling for all local deliveries in Singapore.

Free Shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders.
No minimum purchase, coupons or promotion codes are required.
Most packages will arrive within 1 to 3 working days* from date of payment.
(*subject to courier services)

Please note we do not deliver off-shore island, with the exception of Sentosa. Delivery to Sentosa has a surcharge of $15

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently, we ship exclusively to Singapore, Malaysia & Hong Kong

For orders shipped Internationally, we charge a flat rate fee of $12.  All orders are shipped via SimplyPost as registered articles and include a tracking number.

Most packages will arrive within 2 to 5 working days* from date of payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Qualifying conditions for returns & exchanges*:
All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with its tags intact.
(*we reserved the right to refuse your size exchange or return if your item(s) do not meet the above conditions)

Please note that postage fees for mailing back the item(s) will be at customer’s own costs and all items have to be mailed back within 10 days from the date of purchase.

What is the procedure for Exchange / Return?

Return

Kindly note that merchandise refund will be in the form of store credit (promo code in the amount of your returned purchase) with 60-days validity (from the day you receive the promo code), non-extendable. The promo code can be used for any item in our online store.

  1. Email us at hello@apparella.com within 7 days of purchase, with a subject header “Return Request – ” and providing the following information:
    (i) Order NO.
    (ii) Return – Product Name, Product Code, Size & Colour
  2. Fill out APPARELLA’S Return & Exchange Form here
  3. Drop or ship the item to SimplyPost, our logistics partner with the Return Form. Warehouse located at:
    SimplyPost

  4. Send us an email at hello@apparella.com with the tracking number of your parcel (non registered parcel are at customers own liability)
  5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

Please allow 3-5 working days from the time we receive your return items for it to be processed.

Upon receiving and checking the item(s) received are in good conditions, your promo code (store credit) will be sent to you via email.

Please note that there are no cash refunds for returns.

Exchange

At APPARELLA, your satisfaction is always guaranteed! That is why we allow our customers to do Size Exchange*!
(*size exchange is limited to 1 time for the same item. There will be no exchange to a different item.)

  1. Email us at hello@apparella.com within 7 days of purchase, with a subject header “Exchange Request – ” and providing the following information:
    (i) Order NO.
    (ii) Return – Product Name, Product Code, Size & Colour
    (iii) Exchange to – Item Name, Reference number, Size & Colour
  2. Upon receiving your email, our Customer Service will check the stock availability and reply accordingly within 2 working days
  3. Fill out APPARELLA’S Return & Exchange Form here
  4. Drop or ship the item to SimplyPost, our logistic partner’s with the Exchange Form. Warehouse located at:
