LOCAL ORDERS

We charge a flat fee of SGD 5.00 for shipping and handling for all deliveries within Singapore.

Most packages will arrive within 3 to 7 working days* from date of payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Currently, we ship exclusively to Singapore, Malaysia & Hong Kong.

For orders shipped Internationally, courier charges will be calculated at check-out.

Most packages will arrive within 7 to 10 working days* from date of payment.
(*subject to courier services)

Please note that due to Covid-19 related limitations, deliveries might take longer than expected.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Qualifying conditions for returns & exchanges*:
All items mailed back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with its tags intact.
(*we reserved the right to refuse your size exchange or return if your item(s) do not meet the above conditions)

LOCAL RETURNS

For orders within Singapore, we offer free pick up for returns. Please email us at hello@apparella.com with your order details and our team will be in touch with you within 3 days. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please note that the postage fees for mailing back the item(s) will be at customer’s own cost at the time of shipping. However, we will be reimburse the customer upon receipt of items. Please e-mail us your postage receipt once you've mailed the item to us.

TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS

For local returns, please email us your request within 15 days from the date of receiving the item.

For international returns, items need to be mailed back within 30 days from the date of purchase. The date on the return postage receipt needs to fall within the 30 day timeline.
